Manningham Aged and Disability Support Services (ADSS) provides a range of home and community based services designed to support older people, people with a disability and their carers to remain living independently in their own home, maintain community connections and enhance their quality of life.  Our mission is to deliver service excellence, provided by skilled and professional staff, to build a healthy and connected community now and into the future.

Over 65 years

For eligible people aged over 65 years (over 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), services may be subsidised by the Australian Government through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

To access the CHSP, registration needs to be made with My Aged Care for a home support assessment.  My Aged Care is the national system for Aged Care services and entry point for access to the CHSP.

Once assessed you are able to nominate Manningham City Council Aged and Disability Support Services as your preferred service provider.

Under 65 years

For eligible people aged under 65 years (under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), services may be subsidised by the Victorian Government through the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP). Please telephone ADSS to discuss your specific needs and we can arrange an assessment for you with one of Council's Assessment Care Planners. Services may be available on a regular, episodic or short term basis according to your assessed need.

We welcome your enquiries.
