Carer Support Groups
Carers include individuals who are caring for others with a disability, or who is frail or aged. The Senior Carers Support Group and the Chinese Carers Support Group provide an opportunity for carers to get together, share ideas, experiences, information and concerns about their caring role. The groups meet monthly and are supported by a facilitator.
The Senior Carers Support Group caters to carers aged over 60 years and the Chinese Carers Support Group can be partners or family members who live, work or have a care recipient who attends school or a day program in Manningham.
