Request for ownership details
If you require the name and postal address of a property owner you should complete an Ownership Details Request 2016/17 (173.25 KB)
If you require written confirmation that you are the current owner(s) of the property, please complete the Ownership/Residency Confirmation 2016/2017 (132.91 KB) ). You will be required to enclose payment of the fee, as stated on the form at the time of application.
If you are unable to access any information on this page, a hardcopy is available from Council by calling 9840 9333.
Change of Name and Details
If you have changed your name, please complete a Change of Name form (26.78 KB) and provide the requested documentation as proof.
This level of detail is required by Council to enable the registered property owner’s details to be updated.
You can fax, post or email your notification or visit the Civic Offices in person. Please note that your email must be identifiable, that is, contain your name as part or all of your email address.
Change of Address
If you have changed your address for the service of rates notices, please complete a Change of Address Form (17.63 KB)
Change of Ownership
If you have bought or sold a property in Manningham, your solicitor or conveyancer should advise Council by way of a Notice of Acquisition. Alternatively, a copy of the updated Certificate of Title may be provided to Council as proof of ownership change.
You can obtain a copy of your title by contacting the Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure.
