Kevin Stevenson, Park Orchards - For significant service to business and commerce through reform in national and international accounting standards.

Dick Davies, Warrandyte - For service to the Community of Warrandyte.

Kirsten Deane, Doncaster - For services to people with a disability through support organisations.

Paul Mavroudis, Bulleen - For services to the Greek Community of Victoria.

Agnes Zillner, Doncaster - For service to community health through support for people with Tourette Syndrome.
