From Monday 6 May 2019 until the end of May, we will be conducting market research to measure customers' satisfaction in the services we provide.
Zing! Insights will conduct the research on Council's behalf with randomly selected customers who have been in contact with us in the last 12 months.
The research will help us identify opportunities and issues so that we can enhance our customer's experience.
The survey will include some questions about the individuals household, which will help us better understand the needs of different households.
