The City of Manningham has teamed up with the independent energy experts at Positive Charge to assist residents make the switch to solar power.

More than one million Australians have already installed solar power, and now is the chance for more Manningham residents to join them.

Positive Charge is a not for profit organisation that is backed by local Councils and run by sustainability experts.

Positive Charge has helped Manningham Council select a reputable solar supplier to make converting to solar as simple and affordable as possible.

The solar systems will not only offer significant electricity cost savings, but also come with a ten year warranty on the panels, inverter and installation.

Manningham Mayor, Cr Paul McLeish, said this is an opportunity for residents to contribute to a sustainable future for our City.

“I believe that solar power offers a great opportunity for households to save on their energy bills while doing the right thing by the environment.”
