Interpreter Service: 9840 9355
Residents and ratepayers who do not speak or understand English are able to communicate with Council via a direct interpreter service. Interpreter services are available in multiple languages.
To access the interpreter service, call 9840 9355 to be connected to an intepreter who speaks your language. The interpreter will then get in touch with the relevant council service area and act as a direct translator between the caller and council.
All interpreters are accredited with the National Accreditation Authority (NAAT) to ensure the highest standards of customer service available to non-English speaking customers.
