13 April 2021
Sunday 25 April marks ANZAC Day, one of Australia’s most important national occasions. It is the day in which we remember all Australians who served and died in war and in all operational service, past and present.
We encourage you to mark the day by taking time to pause and reflect on their great sacrifice and service, and consider attending one of the memorial events held on the day in Manningham.
Gather outside Doncaster RSL to remember the service and sacrifice of all those who have served or are currently serving in our armed forces. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no food will be served after the service.
Meet at Doncaster RSL, Corner Doncaster Road and Leeds Street, Doncaster East.
Templestowe RSL will hold a service at Templestowe Memorial Park to commemorate ANZAC Day. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the usual march and gunfire breakfast will not be held.
Templestowe Memorial Park, High Street and Foote Street, Templestowe Lower.
Commemorate ANZAC Day by joining a march to the memorial outside Warrandyte RSL, followed by a service at the cenotaph. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the community morning tea which usually follows the service will not be held.
Meet in the carpark opposite Whipstick Gully Road, Yarra Street, Warrandyte.
