Find your 30

It can be tough to find ways to stay active during lockdown but we're challenging you to Find Your 30 each day in September.

Be kind to yourself

Feeling overwhelmed is normal in these challenging times – be kind to yourself. Why not get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Go for a walk around your local neighbourhood, or cycle around your local park. Or perhaps you can listen to some new music, have a virtual coffee date with a friend or watch your favourite TV show – anything that makes you smile.
