As part of our efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 we have reviewed our Council meeting practices to ensure we provide a safe environment for Councillors, staff and the community. Council meetings will proceed in the Council Chamber with the appropriate physical distancing requirements to minimise potential transmission of COVID-19. Physical attendance by members of the public at Council meetings is currently not permitted. Council meetings will continue to be live streamed and we encourage you to follow the meeting on our Facebook page (you can view the livestream on our Facebook page even if you don’t have a Facebook account).

Public Question Time – At this time, anyone wanting to ask a question of Council should submit their question via email by 5.00pm on the Monday before the meeting. As you cannot be present in the chamber to read your question, your question will be read out by our CEO. Public Question Time form.
