Assisting with grocery shopping and meal preparation are some of the ways we can support you to eat well and maintain a healthy diet.
If you need meals to be delivered, we can provide quality nutritional meals if you are unable to prepare meals on a short or long term basis.
There is a diverse and appetizing daily menu choices ranging from:
- international, asian, anglo and vegetarian varieties,
- gluten free meals, and
- soups, main meals, side vegetables, desserts, salads and sandwiches.
Your meal will be delivered chilled to your door and may be heated using either a conventional oven or microwave oven at your own convenience.
Meals can be provided for every day of the week, however delivery days are limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 am and 11 am. Alternatively, meals may also be collected from our Food Services facility in Doncaster East.
How to access services
How you access services will depend on your age:
People aged over 65 years (over 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
Before you can access services you will need to register for an assessment with My Aged Care by visiting www.myagedcare.gov.au or by calling 1800 200 422.
After you are assessed, our Aged and Disability Support Services team can provide services. A subsidy may be provided by the Australian Government through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
People aged under 65 years (under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
Services may be available for a short period or on a regular basis according to your assessed needs. A subsidy may be provided by the Victorian Government through the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP).

How much does it cost?
Clients contribute towards the cost of government subsidised services. We will talk to you about any costs before we start providing services.
