Exhibition ON - Wednesday 25 November – Saturday 19 December

Wrapping up yet another productive year at the Manningham Art Studios, students and tutors have combined forces with the staff of Manningham Art Gallery to present Exhibition ON, showing until Saturday 19 December at Manningham Art Gallery.

Work in a range of media will be on display, from pottery and cartooning to sculpture and painting, celebrating the skill and creativity of the many amateur artists involved.

Eschewing colour to explore the subtleties of tone, the adult classes will turn Gallery One into a world of contrasts with their black and white themed artworks. Younger students will fill Gallery Two with a plethora of imaginative works inspired by the question ‘What’s behind the door?’

The exhibition highlights the significance of Manningham City Square as a cultural hub for the Manningham community, and demonstrates just some of the fantastic opportunities Manningham Art Studios provide for community members to develop their artistic skills and talents.
