Manningham wins records management award

Manningham Council has been recognised for excellence and innovation in records management by the 2018 Sir Rupert Hamer Records Management Awards on Wednesday 3 May.

The commendation from the Public Records Office Victoria is for the Records Management Transformation project which has improved Council’s use of information systems. This project focused on increasing usability of our existing systems and on organisation wide change.

Manningham Council CEO, Warwick Winn said that the achievement is testimony to the outstanding efforts of staff who continually seek better ways to improve our business practices.

“Transforming our records management to ensure we are aligned with best practice in the local government sector helps us to deliver services at a high standard to the people that we serve

“Manningham staff continue to display the organisational value of excellence in order to provide the best possible outcomes for the community,” he said.
