During February and March, Manningham residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
They are conducting a community satisfaction survey on our behalf to assess our performance across a range of measures. This will help identify ways to improve and provide more effective service delivery to Manningham residents. Similar surveys are also being carried out in other council areas across Victoria.
The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a representative sample of Manningham residents.
