With only a few reasons to leave your house during stage three restrictions, the team at Aquarena are helping you stay fit while at home.

Live Facebook classes

Free daily live Facebook group fitness classes are available on Aquarena’s Facebook page. Classes will be led by your favourite Aquarena instructors and range from high intensity Body Attack to Older Adults Momentum classes.

Home Fitness Network

Whether you’re into solo fitness, group fitness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness or looking for some nutrition and meal inspiration - Home Fitness Network has you covered. An online initiative by the team behind Aquarena, free access has been provided for the next six weeks to get you through the lockdown (normally $5 per week).
