Do you love to walk but have lost your confidence and is walking outdoors too much of a challenge for you?
Taking Strides is a new indoor movement group for people aged 65+ who want to take strides to improve their mobility. Working with an Exercise Physiologist, you will gain confidence with your walking and balance, increase your fitness in a social, safe and comfortable environment over 10 weeks. This will be much more than just walking. Keeping fit is more enjoyable in a group.
Taking Strides Series Three will commence 11 August 2020 and new sessions will continue throughout the year.
