We still encourage you to contact us via phone, online or by making an appointment wherever possible but, if you do need to come in, we’ll be here to serve you.
If you are experiencing genuine financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 you can apply for a special payment arrangement for your council rates.
You can talk to us in a way that you prefer. We try to make it easy and respond or resolve your query as quickly as possible.
