Update your details
To ensure that your rates details are correct and are addressed correctly, please notify us if you have changed:
- your address
- your contact details
- your name.
This level of detail is required by Council to enable the registered property owner’s details to be updated.

If you have a direct debit payment set up for your rates payments and would like to update your payment details, please notify us below.
Change of ownership
If you have bought or sold a property in Manningham, your solicitor or conveyancer should advise Council by way of a Notice of Acquisition. Alternatively, a copy of the updated Certificate of Title may be provided to Council as proof of ownership change.
You can obtain a copy of your title by contacting the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
