The TAC L2P Program needs dedicated volunteers to join our team. We match young learner drivers with a practice vehicle and a fully-licensed mentor driver who can guide them safely towards their 120-hour requirement for a probationary license.

Becoming a volunteer Mentor is simple. If you are over 21 years old, hold a current full Victorian driver's license, and pass the screening by your local TAC L2P program, you're ready to embark on this fulfilling journey. Our mentors undergo comprehensive VicRoads training, ensuring they are well-equipped to inspire confidence in the young drivers.
