Book a Maternal and Child Health appointment
Who can make an appointment?
You may book an appointment if you:
- have children under school age in your care,
- live in Manningham either permanently or temporarily, and
- are registered with our MCH service.
If you moved here recently from another Council area, from overseas or interstate, join our MCH service.

What to bring
Remember to bring your child's Health, Learning and Development Record (the green book) with you to your appointment along with nappy bag changing equipment.
How to cancel or change your booking
Contact us on 9840 9188 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or are running late. We can then reschedule your appointment.
