Capital Works Funding Program Application Form

This program aims to:

  • Ensure equity in the development and enhancement of community assets.
  • Assess any community or sporting group proposals in relation to Council owned and managed land.
  • Maximise the opportunities for community participation in a range of activities that will improve community health and wellbeing.

In order to complete the application form you will need:

  • A description of your project, including the needs and benefits.
  • A breakdown of your project budget including total cost of the project and the anticipated sources of funding.

Have you contacted Council’s Recreation Liaison Officer?

You must discuss your project with Council’s Recreation Liaison Officer before submitting an application form. Our Recreation Liaison Officer (RLO) can be contacted on 9840 9333. Forms submitted without first discussing the project with the RLO will not be assessed.

Have you read Council’s Outdoor Sports Infrastructure Policy?

You must read Council’s Outdoor Sports Infrastructure Policy before continuing.

The policy outlines key information including the type and size of infrastructure that will be provided, as well as required financial contributions from user groups. 

Forms submitted without first reading the Council’s Outdoor Sports Infrastructure Policy will not be assessed.
