  • be located within Manningham's area
  • be auspice or run by a not-for-profit community organisation or association
  • be non-commercial in nature
  • be open to everyone (paid or free)
  • be more than 6 weeks away from today
  • not be condoning racism, sexism or discrimination in any form
  • have been already approved by a relevant authority with all necessary permits and permissions to go ahead

Event photo requirements:

  • photo must be 1440 pixels wide x 1080 pixels height with no text
  • photo must be less than 2mb and saved as jpg, gif or png
  • we are unable to use flyers, posters or brochures with text
  • if you are submitting images of people, you must have signed, written consent from the people photographed, or in the case of children, their legal guardians
  • if you do not have a suitable photo of your own to provide, a default photo will be used
