Notice is given that a Special Meeting of the Manningham City Council will be held in the Council Chambers at 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster at 6:30pm on Tuesday, 7 August 2018.   This meeting is held pursuant to section 84 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act).

The business to be transacted at this meeting is for the Council to consider the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer.  As the business to be transacted relates to personnel matters, Council may resolve that the meeting be closed to members of the public in accordance with Section 89(2) of the Act.
