Manningham Residential Discussion Paper survey, prize draw terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Manningham Residential Discussion Paper survey and prize draw (Competition) is being run by Manningham City Council, 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster Victoria, 3108 (Proponent).

Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is achieved by:

  1. successfully completing the Manningham Residential Discussion Paper survey; and
  2. providing a valid email address (when prompted at the end of the survey), during the Promotional Period.

The survey is accessible via yoursay.manningham.vic.gov.au/residential-strategy-2024.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry into the prize draw is limited to one (1) survey per person.

Entry is free.

Individuals under the age of 18 must ensure they have permission from a parent and/or legal guardian before entering.

Manningham Council staff, contractors and Councillors are not eligible for entry to the Competition.

The Proponent may disqualify any entrant deemed to be not complying with the Terms and Conditions of Entry at its sole discretion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Competition commences at 12.00pm (noon) Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 8 April 2024 and concludes at 11.59pm on Sunday 19 May 2024 (Promotion Period).

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE INFORMATION

All participants who successfully enter the Competition during the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw.

One (1) prize draw will be conducted at the conclusion of the Promotional Period on Monday 20 May 2024 where one (3) winners will be randomly selected. Each winner is eligible for one (1) prize only.

The total prize pool for the Competition is valued at $300.00.

Winners will be notified by the contact details provided as part of their prize draw entry (via email).

Each winning entrant will receive one (1) $100 Westfield voucher. The Proponent’s random selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into once the final selection has been made. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Proponent is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or stollen prize.

The Proponent may, at any time, at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.

The prize will be emailed by the Proponent to the email address provided on the winner’s entry within 14 days following the draw.

No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize in this form or if the prize or part of the prize expires.

PRIVACY – COLLECTION NOTICE

The Proponent is committed to compliance with its obligations under the Privacy and Data protection Act 2014 (Vic). All personal information collected by the Proponent will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and the purpose of understanding community views, priorities, needs and expectations relating to housing in Manningham. The Manningham Residential Discussion Paper survey results may be published once deidentified. Personal information will be kept confidential except as permitted in the above Terms and Conditions of Entry. These details will not be disclosed to third parties unless the Proponent is required to disclose the information under other legislation or disclosure is necessary to complete the purpose for which it is sought. You may access information you have provided to the Proponent at any time and make corrections if you believe that information is incorrect.
