Students and tutors of Manningham Art Studios have joined forces to present The Pet Project, an exhibition of stunning works created during 2016.

On show at Manningham Art Gallery from 23 November, The Pet Project features everything from furry friends, playful pets and portraits of cats and dogs to fierce, flying and fantastical creatures we can only dream of having as pets.

This annual exhibition of student and staff works, the final at the Gallery for the year, presents the results of engaging group projects alongside works that reveal the insightful, enchanting visions of individual artists.

It reflects the amazing and varied talents of amateur artists of all ages, including potters, painters, illustrators, sculptors and writers, who continue to support Manningham’s vibrant community arts scene.

Manningham’s City Square is a significant cultural hub for the Manningham community, and this show is another demonstration of the fantastic opportunities Manningham Art Studios provide for community members to develop their artistic skills and talents.
